SALES AND MARKETING OPERATIONS ANALYST
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for reporting and analysis to track and drive Marketing effectiveness. This role will regularly conduct analysis to inform leadership decision-making and provide visibility into progress on executive and board-level priorities.
This position reports to the Director, Sales and Marketing Analytics but will also work closely with Marketing & Demand Generation leadership.
- Develop and maintain KPI Dashboards and Management reporting for the marketing team.
Manage campaign creation and analytics through Salesforce.com, including setting up Campaigns, designing dashboards and monitoring the analytics
Create, own, and maintain the logic and processes to support trustworthy and efficient consumption of business data for marketing leadership team
Identify opportunities for developing new data sources and provide technical leadership around making those data sources high quality and broadly available.
Create self service tools for analysis and reporting used by business functions company wide.
Perform in-depth analysis and reporting to provide actionable recommendations
Interface daily with Sales Operations and Marketing team members to understand their holistic needs and goals
Audit Lead/Opportunity data to ensure correct attribution for Marketing and Business Development
Work as a key team member to improve efficiency and automation of the overall lead funnel and marketing attribution model
Keep pace with industry best practices, technologies, and strategies
Provide documentation and training to end users
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com Lead and Campaign Objects, reporting and dashboards
Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization including executive leadership
