Welcome to the pilot of DealerSocket CRM’s new mobile app, Mobile CRM. Please use the resources below to engage with us as you explore your new mobile experience. Our engineering teams are actively developing new features based on your feedback, the latest of which are:
iOS
Added the ability to push a trade to the inventory provider of choice.
Added the ability to delete a trade.
Added a quick up function to the home page.
Added email validation into the quick up function.
Added a duplicate check to the quick up page that checks immediately after scanning a Driver’s License, offering salespeople a quick check method.
Introduced basic reporting functionality to the CRM. Future work will be scheduled to make the metrics drillable.
Print forms are now viewable from the Opportunity Details page.
Added the ability to Scan the Driver’s License of an existing customer.
Resolved an issue where users were unable to edit miles on a trade.
Android
- The send email task has been updated to show VOI and Customer information in a more helpful way.
