To provide easier access to DealerSocket product support and resources, we have introduced a simplified customer service model through a single point of contact, or Customer Success Manager (CSM). Dedicated CSMs can provide portfolio-wide advice and insight for all interactions with their respective assigned dealers regarding sales, setup and support.

Customer will receive a 90-day money back guarantee on Blackbird CRM Core and all CRM add-on products.
1. To be eligible for this Special Offer, Customer must sign an order with DealerSocket for Blackbird CRM Core for a minimum twelve month term. Customer may cancel Blackbird CRM Core with thirty day written notice to DealerSocket in the first three months of the Initial Term. If Customer cancels Blackbird CRM Core in the first three months of the Initial Term, DealerSocket will refund the monthly fees paid by Customer up to ninety days from the Product Activation Date. Monthly fees paid by Customer more than ninety days from the Product Activation Date will not be refunded. If Customer does not cancel Blackbird CRM Core in the first three months of the Initial Term, Customer will be responsible for the monthly fees for the remainder of the Initial Term and any Renewal Terms.
