Full Day on-site consulting visit – CRM
This package include one full day on-site consultation to: Review and update all surveys; Map out a CSI campaign timeline; Establish processes for both positive and negative survey responses; Review QA processes and provide recommendations to improve those processes; and Establish document links to Customer reviews. Out of pocket travel and lodging expenses for onsite consultation will be billed to Customer at cost.
