Service Setter (Call Management) – This is an inbound telephony service for service departments where all incoming calls are tracked, recorded, and categorized based on best opportunities to do business, then management is alerted to those opportunites.
Includes 50,000 recorded and reviewed inbound/outbound minutes per month. Additional minutes, in increments of 1,000 minutes, will be provided at a rate of $119 per 1,000 minutes. Unused minutes cannot be saved or carried over.
