Sejal joined DealerSocket as president and CEO in August 2017 with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence in global, fast-paced industries for over 20 years. With her deep experience in software, Sejal is a strategic leader with a passion for technology. She believes in and drives her teams to focus on customer success and to build software that’s easy to use, seamlessly integrated, and innovative.
Prior to DealerSocket, Sejal served as chief administrative officer of ACTIVE Network. Under her leadership, ACTIVE expanded internationally and opened offices in EMEA and APAC, and during her 12 years there, Sejal led high-functioning, growth-focused teams across all aspects of the business. Before joining ACTIVE, Sejal held leadership positions at both Wells Fargo and the US Chamber of Commerce, and was a strategic consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Sejal holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree with honors from the College of William & Mary. Sejal and her husband, John, have been together for 20 years, have two children, and live in Dallas. Sejal enjoys spending time with her family and friends, loves to cook, and coaches her son’s basketball team.
Brad started DealerSocket in July 2001 with a proven track record of helping companies use technology to drive improved business results and operational efficiencies. Using this experience, Brad founded DealerSocket to drive innovation and advancement for the automotive industry with a focus on building a suite of world class cloud-based business solutions. Brad currently serves as the chief product officer (CPO) and is responsible for leading the product strategy to align with the mission and vision of the company. Brad is passionate about building product and design teams focused on creating amazing customer experiences and solving complex business problems.
Prior to serving as the CPO, Brad was DealerSocket’s chief technology officer (CTO) and was responsible for building DealerSocket’s cloud-based technology platform. Under Brad’s leadership over sixteen years, DealerSocket’s vision came to life by leading strong product, design, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
Brad holds a master’s degree in accounting, with an emphasis in information systems, from Brigham Young University. After graduating, he received his CPA license and worked for Deloitte performing financial reviews and business process consulting. Brad enjoys competing in endurance sports such as triathlons, cycling, and running. Brad’s greatest joy is spending time with his wife, Jana, and their four children.
Jose joined DealerSocket in December 2017 and leads the company's operational teams focused on delivering a high level of customer experience; first time, every time. Throughout his career, he has been able to adapt his style of leadership to empower those around him to cultivate the most efficient and effective organizations, driving them to become recognized as industry leaders. Jose believes in developing the most critical resources of any organization, its people.
With over twenty years of experience in the software industry, Jose has established a long and successful career in operational roles across some of the most recognizable software companies in the world. Throughout his career at Symantec, Blue Coat Systems, Adobe, and McAfee, Jose has led and managed teams handling new accounts, professional services, training, customer success, customer support, retention, and renewals. Jose has a proven track record of designing, implementing, and nurturing operational excellence at scale, and he has had tremendous success aligning operations cross-functionally with sales and go-to-market strategies, product management, and engineering.
In his downtime, Jose enjoys all things outdoors, such as running, cycling, hiking and camping, something that is shared by his wife and two children. In addition to this, and when time permits, a new addition to his hobbies now includes off-road motorcycling.
Darren joined DealerSocket in 2003 and was named DealerSocket’s Chief of Franchise in December 2017. As Chief of Franchise Darren focuses on strategy and execution related to the franchise-specific software division. His diverse background and commitment to personal growth furthers the advancement of customer success and those around him.
Since joining DealerSocket Darren has held leadership roles across consulting, sales, accounting, finance and operations, most recently serving as chief operating officer. Prior to DealerSocket, he worked as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Darren is a focused leader with a passion for employee and customer progression, attested by his fifteen years of experience in a variety of roles at DealerSocket.
Darren holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Brigham Young University. He enjoys spending time with his family and appreciates time spent outdoors.
Steve joined DealerSocket in 2015 and now serves on the executive team as the chief of independent, where he drives corporate strategy and manages the company’s independent and used vehicle software division. Steve is passionate about aligning the organization under a common vision and then giving individuals the autonomy to execute accordingly.
Prior to DealerSocket, Steve held positions in venture capital, private equity, and investment banking, and has been involved in both international and domestic M&A transactions across a variety of industries. His experience has helped DealerSocket in completing and integrating several acquisitions of its own and he continues to advise the company on expansion opportunities.
Steve graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in finance, before attending business school at the University of California Los Angeles. He and his wife, Vanessa, live in Southern California and have two children. Steve volunteers each morning to teach a class for local high schoolers and is the undisputed 2x defending champion in the DealerSocket fantasy football league.
Bryan joined DealerSocket in April 2018 and leads the sales and marketing teams. He brings more than 20 years of software experience to his role. Bryan has a customer-centric approach that focuses on the value DealerSocket brings to our customers as they utilize our software to grow their business.
Bryan brings deep knowledge and expertise of software to DealerSocket, including experience as the chief sales officer at Volaris Group, an affiliate of Constellation Software, where he ran the sales and marketing across twelve software businesses with teams in twenty-one countries; and he led the sales and marketing teams at Tyler Technologies and Sage Software. Bryan started his sales career working at an automotive dealership, which gives him the unique perspective of having walked in our customer's shoes.
Bryan lives in Huntington Beach, CA with his three teenage daughters where they search Southern California for any pizza that can come close to the bliss that is Franco Manca in London. In his free time, Bryan can be found supporting Chelsea Football Club, traveling internationally, and enjoying the beaches of Huntington.
Greg joined DealerSocket in 2014 and oversees all technical strategies, software engineering, architecture and infrastructure as chief technology officer of DealerSocket. With over 20 years of executive management, Greg has spent his career building SaaS software and services for the automotive, financial, and communications industries.
Prior to DealerSocket, Greg founded two SaaS companies in the financial services industry. After successful exits from those businesses, Greg spent many years in a CTO capacity scaling medium and large Silicon Valley SaaS organizations. Greg has software and technology running through his blood.
Greg attended the Westminster MBA program and received his bachelor of arts degree with honors in math and finance from the University of Utah. He is driven by focusing on employee progression and growth and is fueled by a love of restoring classic cars.
Tom joined DealerSocket in November 2017. Tom has a proven background in enterprise software, particularly at an executive leadership level. As chief administrative officer he manages the DealerSocket's legal team, strategic programs, and facilities management teams. Tom believes that software is a people business, and that the administrative functions are a true, practical partner for the business and ensures the DealerSocket culture is a differentiator.
Prior to DealerSocket, Tom worked for Sunquest Information Systems based out of Tucson, AZ where he most recently led the turnaround of people operations and culture. Previously, Tom held roles that include leadership of strategic programs, international, legal and sales, as well as snake wrangling. Before joining Sunquest, Tom practiced law in Southern California while also trying his hand at avocado farming to middling success.
Tom received a BS in physics from Brigham Young University in Provo and holds a JD from California Western School of Law in San Diego. Tom measures his life by the impact he can make in the lives of others by helping them maximize their potential. Tom relishes the chance to try new things, take on challenges and playing most any sport; however, his favorite thing is spending time with his wife, Kristen, and their four children.
Gary joined DealerSocket in August 2018 and leads the Finance, Accounting, and Vendor Management teams. Gary has more than 30 years of experience leading finance at innovative software and technology companies.
Most recently, Gary was CFO of Outmatch, a predictive analytics software. Previously, he was at SAP Ariba, a public company that is the world’s largest business commerce network. He also served as CFO of Quadrem, a global, growth-focused B2B e-commerce company for 7 years. Gary spent 18 years at Nortel at the beginning of his career, where he held a variety of finance and management positions in both North America and Asia, including spending 6 years in Tokyo, Japan. He also holds the designation of Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (Ontario, Canada), and he has dual citizenship with the U.S. and Canada.
Gary has been married for 30 years to his wife Susan and has 3 grown children along with 2 dogs. He’s also a huge sports fan. He plays ice hockey in the Dallas Senior Stars Hockey League and has season tickets to the NHL Dallas Stars.
MJ joined DealerSocket in February 2018 as vice president of customer support. With a proven track record in building and leading global customer facing support organizations, MJ brings with her a passion for driving the ultimate customer experience that facilitates wildly successful partnerships.
Prior to joining DealerSocket, MJ led the global support shared services team at Symantec. In this capacity, she was instrumental in strategizing, designing, implementing and ultimately leading best-in-class support teams that delighted their customers.
MJ holds a BA from Brigham Young University. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, particularly rafting, kayaking and mountain biking. When she's not working, she can usually be found spending time in the desert or the mountains with her husband and two children.
Neha joined DealerSocket in 2004 and is the head of the strategic project management office. Neha is responsible for managing and executing enterprise level strategic programs and projects that help achieve company goals. She has spent most of her career building and growing successful, high-performing technical teams from the ground up and believes in a people-first approach to everything she does.
Prior to her current role, Neha spent five years as the VP of IT Operations, overseeing the IT infrastructure, security, database and internal IT functions for DealerSocket, as well as integrating multiple IT environments and teams through acquisitions. She has strategically been able to architect and evolve teams to help meet the needs of the business.
Neha holds a BS in computer information systems from DeVry University. She enjoys being outdoors and good food, but mostly spending time with her husband and two children.
Amber joined the DealerSocket in 2004 and is the company’s vice president of professional services. Driven by a strong work ethic, she believes in and loves her teams, and that people work for people. Amber is passionate about the customers, their experience with the DealerSocket teams, and their use of the company’s suite of products.
Prior to joining DealerSocket, Amber spent five years working in automotive dealerships as a business development center manager. She has held several positions within the support department at DealerSocket from an agent, to director, and now as vice president.
Amber has been with her husband Will for sixteen years. They enjoy being dog parents to their two pups, Alfa and Echo. Amber enjoys traveling, being outdoors and entertaining family and friends.
Rob has been with DealerSocket since 2011 and became VP of engineering in 2017. Rob believes in strong leadership coupled with in-depth, hands-on knowledge spanning a diverse array of technical skillsets. He is lauded by colleagues as an approachable yet exacting leader who drives innovation, manages change, and promotes teamwork and transparent communications.
Rob started at DealerSocket as a senior software engineer, and then was promoted to director and senior director levels before his current role, which gives him a unique view from the trenches. Prior to joining DealerSocket, Rob spent several years in the e-commerce and healthcare industries, working at Johnson & Johnson, Carl Zeiss, and AltaVista.
After Rob’s service in the United States Marine Corps, he went on to major in computer science at San Diego State. While in the Marines, Rob met his wife of 24 years, Lanie. Their two children are both currently attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In his spare time, Rob likes to travel with his family and friends, play basketball and spend time at the river or beach.
Nathan joined DealerSocket in 2005, and now serves as vice president of strategic business development. In this role, he oversees all strategic partner relationships and new potential markets for DealerSocket. With his passion for the industry and the people representing it, Nathan has built incredible experiences with key leaders in the automotive business. He is passionate about growth and values innovative technology, believing that a great user experience can open up exciting opportunities.
Nathan has served in multiple positions throughout his tenure at DealerSocket. He launched the strategic consulting division on the east coast, which included training and supporting many of our large groups. Following his dream to be the next Steve Jobs, he became the first product director at DealerSocket, designing and building several new products for our dealers. Nathan continued to expand his growth in business development working directly with key OEM partnerships seeking new strategic opportunities for better integration.
Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with honors from California State University, Fullerton. Nathan and his wife, Megan, reside in Southern California with one child and more on the way. Nathan believes heavily in people, and that the difficult challenges in life and business can be overcome by relationships. His past is full of playing in bands, and his future resides in family, books and good stories.
Brian joined DealerSocket in 2015 and is the vice president of operations, focusing on the digital operations department. Brian is a well-rounded leader experienced in working with companies ranging from smaller start-ups to companies that are market leaders in their industries.
Prior to joining DealerSocket, Brian was the COO/CFO at DealerFire, which was acquired by DealerSocket in 2015. Under Brian’s leadership, DealerFire more than tripled their market share and became a leader in the digital automotive industry. Prior to his time at DealerFire, Brian served as the COO for a retail conglomerate specializing in e-commerce sales for the outdoor sports industry.
Brian received a bachelor in science from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, with a focus on accounting and finance. Brian and his wife Elysia are active investors in the community they live in, owning a restaurant/concert hall and other various properties and businesses. When not working, they spend their free time at the cottage with their daughter, Addyson.
Reuben joined DealerSocket in 2009 and is a customer relationship management expert, managing major original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") client accounts. Reuben supervises a team of talented individuals whose responsibilities are focused around OEMs at both the corporate and regional levels.
A featured contributor to many top-tier industry magazines, conferences, and seminars, Reuben has traveled the country providing advice to dealerships, OEMs, and dealer groups on how to best use technology to drive sales. He started his career with the Galpin Motors organization, where he worked a combined seventeen years. Reuben worked in many facets during his tenure at Galpin, including e-commerce director and technology advisor for all of Galpin's franchises which include Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Jaguar, Volvo, Honda, and Aston Martin. Reuben managed his first internet department in 1998, long before anyone had even heard of such a thing. Under Reuben’s leadership, Galpin was FordDirect’s first Sales Volume Dealer of The Year in 2001.
Reuben is a native Southern Californian and attended school at San Diego State University. Reuben enjoys spending time with his two teenage kids and his wife Vanessa. Reuben likes paddle boarding and watching movies; however, you can often find him traveling to amusement parks with his kids.
Justin joined DealerSocket in September 2013 and currently serves as vice president of sales. He brings more than fifteen years of sales leadership and executive management experience to DealerSocket. Justin is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that lead DealerSocket’s independent-dealer sales teams. He believes success requires two interrelated elements: a compelling and clearly articulated vision and the ability to inspire belief in others to work together in carrying it out.
Prior to DealerSocket, Justin most recently served as executive vice president of United Assistance Group. Under his leadership, he was responsible for the successful development of strategic alliances with customers, vendors, and marketing partners to drive company success. Before joining United Assistance Group, Justin served as vice president of sales at Choice Capital Group in the financial services area.
Justin attended San Diego State University where he went to school for business administration. He has been married to his wife Natalie for sixteen years and lives in San Clemente, California. Justin enjoys almost anything that involves being outdoors and, in his free time, can be found with his wife and four children playing music, roasting marshmallows together at the beach, or shouting encouragement from the side lines at their children’s swim meets.
Natalie joined DealerSocket in June 2018 as vice president of marketing. Natalie brings over 20 years of experience in software, services and publishing. She is an award-winner marketing and published author with a proven track record of driving expansion into new markets, building demand generation programs with meaningful ROI, managing transition and integration through M&A events, and establishing strong and stable brand presence for high growth companies.
At GlassHouse Technologies, she quadrupled the lead generation flow and managed through seven global acquisitions. With ASG Software Solutions, she rebuilt analyst relationships resulting in increased coverage as well as sales and rebranded the newly acquired cloud technology. While running global events and product launches at ACI Worldwide, she also established a comprehensive field marketing program and new thought leadership platform. Most recently at Billtrust, she built from the ground up a marketing communications, content and product marketing team that rebranded the company and repositioned their end-to-end solution, Quantum Payment Cycle Management.
When she is not changing the face of marketing through creative exploration and research, or driving proven processes through her teams for consistency and quality of work, she is generally found walking her 90lb Akita, sending money to her children, or training for yet another Spartan race.
Adam joined DealerSocket in January 2011 as a strategic services consultant where he trained, onboarded new customers and managed a territory of dealerships in New Jersey. Adam has held a variety of positions at DealerSocket including manager of strategic services, director of strategic services, director of customer success, and senior director of customer success. Adam has worked with customers across the US and Canada; from single point dealerships to the country’s largest dealer groups, and he has a deep passion and love for automotive and the dealer. Adam believes Customer Success is not just name of his department, but the obligation to every dealer that partners with DealerSocket.
Prior to DealerSocket, Adam spent three years at Wells Fargo Bank as a personal and business banker. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Economics and Business Management.
Adam and his wife Athena currently live in Lehi, Utah with their daughter Aurora and their 150+ pound Cane Corso mastiff. Adam enjoys spending time with his family, working out at Orange Theory Fitness, and traveling.
