Prior to joining DealerSocket, Sejal Pietrzak worked for 12 years at ACTIVE Network, a successful software company, where she led high-functioning teams and drove deep understanding of and responsiveness to employees and customers’ needs and experiences. Under her leadership, ACTIVE expanded internationally and opened offices in London, Singapore, and Sydney, and over the years, Sejal has worked across all aspects of ACTIVE’s business globally, including marketing, sales, M&A, operations, customer success, product management, development and HR. Sejal and her husband, John, have been together for 19 years, and have two children, a daughter Raina (12) and a son Deven (11). In her free time, Sejal spends time with her family and friends, loves to cook, and coaches her son’s basketball team.
With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, Jose has established a long and successful career in operational roles across some of the most recognizable software companies in the world. Throughout his career at Symantec, Blue Coat Systems, Adobe, and McAfee, Jose has led and managed teams handling new accounts, professional services, training, customer success, customer support, retention, and renewals. Jose has a proven track record of designing, implementing, and nurturing operational excellence at scale, and he has had tremendous success aligning Operations cross-functionally with Sales and go-to-market strategies, Product Management, and Engineering.
Darren Harris was named DealerSocket’s Chief of Franchise in December of 2017. He has been with DealerSocket for more than 13 years, and has worked in and/or held leadership roles at DealerSocket across Consulting, Sales, Accounting, Finance (as CFO), and Operations (most recently as COO). Prior to joining DealerSocket, Darren was an auditor and CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Chad Martin was named DealerSocket’s Chief Financial Officer in July of 2016. Prior to joining DealerSocket, Chad was CFO at both P2 Energy Solutions and Pacific Pulmonary Services. He started his career in investment banking and spent a decade at Goldman Sachs, where he was an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions department and an Associate and Vice President in the Technology, Media and Telecom group.
Steven Meeker joined DealerSocket in April of 2015 and currently serves as Chief of Staff, where he manages company-wide strategic initiatives, priority issues for the Executive Team, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining DealerSocket, Steven attended business school at UCLA and worked in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Venture Capital. Steven lives in San Clemente with his wife and family.
Brad has been the driving force behind multiple efforts to design, architect and implement solutions that improve business process through the use of technology. His focus has been on delivering financial management/ERP systems, customer relationship management, and eCommerce systems in a hosted model. Brad began his career as Director of Accounting and Information Systems for Marketing Ally, an inbound/outbound call center in Provo, Utah, that consistently ranked in the nation’s Top 50 call center solutions. At Marketing Ally, Brad designed and implemented financial management tools to track and gauge financial growth.
Matt drives sales through a unified approach that incorporates marketing, sales and customer support. Over the last 18 years, Matt has built his career around strategic marketing and driving sales in multiple markets through an innovative and focused approach. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry where he worked for Parke-Davis (Pfizer), Merck and Sanofi-Aventis.
Greg Reynolds has over 20 years of experience engineering cloud solutions. During that time, he has built software as a solution products for the insurance, financial, and automotive industries. Previously the chief technology officer at Aplifi and CallTower, Greg is focused on creating amazing, forward-thinking technology that empowers DealerSocket’s dealership and OEM partners as well as its expansive dealer network and their customers toward success.
A trained but repented attorney, Tom joined DealerSocket from Sunquest Information Systems based out of Tucson, AZ where he most recently led the turnaround of People Operations and culture. Previously Tom held roles that include leadership of Strategic Programs, International, Legal and Sales as well as snake wrangling. Ask him about a “Cowboy Shot” sometime. Tom measures his life by the impact he can make in the lives of others by helping them maximize their potential. Under Tom’s Leadership Talent and People Operations will be a true, practical partner for the business and that Tom will help us galvanize our actions around Talent and Culture at Dealersocket. Tom moved to Utah for this role at DealerSocket where he has yet to thaw out after spending the last many winters in AZ though he can now claim part-citizenship as he now drives a truck and purchased a coat.
