Simplified service support with a single point of entry
To provide easier access to DealerSocket product support and resources, we have introduced a simplified customer service model through a single point of contact, or Customer Success Manager (CSM). Dedicated CSMs can provide portfolio-wide advice and insight for all interactions with their respective assigned dealers regarding sales, setup and support.
Special Offer for Former DealerSocket CRM Customers*
DealerSocket will waive installation and training fees applicable to the Product Customer orders** and Customer shall receive Blackbird CRM Core for the first month of the Initial Term.
1. To be eligible for this Special Offer, Customer must sign an order with DealerSocket for Blackbird CRM Core for term of no less than twelve months and with a minimum set-up fee of $500. Customer shall be responsible for monthly fees for the Initial Term even if Customer terminates Blackbird CRM Core prior to the end of the Initial Term.
* Only Customers who previously subscribed to DealerSocket CRM Core Product and who cancelled that DealerSocket CRM Core Product in 2016 may accept this offer.
