To provide easier access to DealerSocket product support and resources, we have introduced a simplified customer service model through a single point of contact, or Customer Success Manager (CSM). Dedicated CSMs can provide portfolio-wide advice and insight for all interactions with their respective assigned dealers regarding sales, setup and support.

Customers that sign a one-year contract for Blackbird CRM Core will receive a credit in the amount of three times their monthly contracted fees and will be capped at $7500.
1.       To be eligible for this Special Offer, Customer must sign a contract for Blackbird CRM Core for a term of no less than 12 months, with a minimum monthly service fee of at least $750 and a minimum set-up fee of $500. Customer shall be responsible for monthly fees for the Initial Term even if Customer terminates Blackbird CRM Core prior to the end of the Initial Term.
2.   The credit may only be used during the Initial Term and may be applied to any DealerSocket Products, Services, or Events.
